Organic Green Salve

Our organic tallow products start with fresh tallow rendered from cows raised organically, grass-fed, and unmedicated. They harnesses the natural benefits of tallow including vitamins, minerals, anti-inflammatory properties, and antimicrobial components.

This all-purpose herbal salve treats cuts, bites, stings, rashes, and other skin irritations. The plantain herb relieves the sting and pain almost instantly while calendula calms the reaction and arnica supports the inflammation. Jewelweed is especially beneficial for poison ivy, oak, and other plant oils that cause big skin reactions. This is gentle enough for kids and pets, but still works effectively to heal agitated skin.

Tallow is relatively shelf stable at room temperature, but does last longer refrigerated and by avoiding the introduction of particles from hands, air, etc. This is a food grade product free from preservatives.
